These sessions are designed to support adolescents in building their identity while also providing parents with tools to accompany them with greater understanding, empathy, and awareness.

Session Format
The session takes place in two parts:
• 60 minutes with the adolescent, where we explore their natal chart in a safe space for reflection and self-knowledge.
• 30 minutes of integration with the parents, where I share general observations and recommendations to support their development with greater understanding and empathy.

Adolescence is a key stage of growth, change, and identity formation. This session offers a safe and respectful space where adolescents can explore who they are, express their concerns, and better understand their unique nature through astrology.
We will work with the Sun, Moon, and Ascendant in their natal chart as an inner compass that helps them understand their emotions, their way of relating, and the energies influencing their development process. Through the symbolic language of astrology, I guide them in recognizing their talents, understanding their challenges, and strengthening their self-confidence while developing a more conscious relationship with their identity.
Includes a support PDF with reflections and practical exercises designed to foster self-esteem, self-awareness, and emotional growth.
Requirement: a consent and liability waiver form signed by the parents or legal guardians.
This service may be extended to multiple sessions if there is a desire to continue deepening the guidance process.
