By booking any service with Araisis, the client agrees to the following cancellation and rescheduling policies. All sessions require full payment at the time of booking, and the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for the client. Due to the personalized nature of the service, each session includes prior preparation that may begin before the scheduled date.<\/p>

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost when the request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made within 72 hours prior to the session are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability. Araisis reserves the right to offer a new date or apply the corresponding cancellation conditions.<\/p>

Cancellations: If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance, the client may choose between receiving a 70% refund of the amount paid, with 30% retained as compensation for the prior work completed, or receiving a 100% credit of the amount paid to be used for a future session. If the cancellation occurs between 72 and 48 hours before the session, no refunds will be issued, and a 100% credit will be provided to reschedule a new session. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours in advance, no refunds or credits will be issued.<\/p>

No-show: If the client does not attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered fully completed, with no right to refund or rescheduling.<\/p>

Late arrivals: The session will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of the start time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show.<\/p>

Procedure: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to astro@araisis.com<\/a>, including full name, date and time of the session, and the corresponding request. The request will not be considered valid until confirmed by Araisis.<\/p>

Digital courses and online content: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access to the content has been granted, no refunds or cancellations will be issued, and access is non-transferable.<\/p>

Events, retreats, and workshops: Deposits may be non-refundable. Specific conditions applicable to each event will be communicated in advance at the time of booking.<\/p>

Legal condition: By completing a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a personalized service that requires prior preparation, and that part of the service may be considered initiated before the session. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Araisis shall not be responsible for late cancellations, absences, or decisions made by the client.
